So Wed. was Will's bday. Pictures to come.
We woke him up with bfast in bed just like last year (doughnuts) and a few small presents (4 new monster trucks). then scott left for work and we had to go to bible study. Then all 4 of us went to pizza hut buffet for lunch and then came home to open presents. Books and a game from nana, a braves shirt with Chipper Jones on the back. Scott got him Big League Chew, a pack of baseball cards - the current roster of the braves, and a glove and a soft baseball. Will is having a blast playint with those last 2. And from me 2 new pairs of little pants (these are his absolute favorite gift), and some gardening tools (a little rake, a magnifying glass to see bugs, gloves, and a bug catcher - it's a little cage with an opening to put his rolie polies in).
Yesterday we drove to Destin (5 hours south of us) to meet Kristen, Jose, Giovanni, and Adria at the beach for the day. The kids had a blast playing together in the sand, then we went to the heated indoor pool. Kirstine LOVED it! Will had a blast too, but at the beginning he was just staying on the steps. He kept telling me he didn't know how to swim. So I made him and he remembered and then had a blast swimming again.
Today is cleaning and grocery shopping day. Kevin and Faydra and the kids should hopefully be here around 4pm. Then the adults are going to church ALL NIGHT (til midnight) while the kids stay with Big Will and Rob.
Tomorrow we have an egg hunt in the morning, then Will's party at 3.
And Sunday is Easter of course.
That's our life now! If I get done cleaning today I'll post pics, but I doubt I'll get done.
